Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a high-quality undergraduate electrical, computer, and software engineering education. Our intention is to produce graduates that are problem solvers, able to demonstrate independent thinking, meet the needs of industry, and are prepared for graduate study. 

We endeavor to instill a level of professionalism and ethical behavior that meets accepted professional practices.

We will conduct applied and basic research that is appropriate for dissemination in nationally recognized journals and conference proceedings. We will foster an environment where students are provided opportunities to participate and contribute to current research. 

Finally, we will strive to improve the academic environment and actively serve in the best interests of the University.
