Her teaching areas include public speaking and small group communication. Mrs. Campbell regularly teaches the following courses: CAS 100 A, B + H: Effective Speech Her research interests include small group communication, rhetorical criticism, political communication, and instructional communication and technology. HUAN CHEN, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Dr. Chen received her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her teaching areas include advertising and mass media. Dr. Chen regularly teaches the following course: COMM 100: Mass Media and Society COMM 320: Introduction to Advertising COMM 422: Advertising Media Planning Her research interests include new media and advertising, integrated marketing communication, and international and cross-cultural advertising. Ursula Davis, Assistant Professor Dr. Davis received her Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. Her teaching areas include public relations writing and campaign design, film theory and criticism, and women and minorities and the media. Mr. McLean's teaching areas include beginning public speaking, small group communication, propaganda and persuasion, and the social impact of media.
