Entry Forms
Entry forms may be downloaded in two formats, Microsoft Word documents or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
Online Registration Instructions
1. Complete the entry form using Microsoft Word. After completing the form don't forget to save it.
2. Using your e-mail software, attach completed form as a Microsoft Word document and email to Rob Wittman at rww3@psu.edu
3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your registration has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one working day, please contact the Intramural Office at 898-6280. Please note that any entry forms emailed after the given entry deadline will only be accepted if scheduling permits.
