The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team lost at home to Indiana and on the road at Gannon on Saturday, April 5.  In Saturday's early game, Behrend could not keep pace with the Division I Indiana Hoosiers, falling 17-3.  In the second game, Behrend traveled across town to face the Golden Knights and were defeated by Gannon 18-8.

Against Indiana, Amanda Wiest (Arlington Heights, IL/Buffalo Grove), Alex Taylor (Landsdale/North Penn), and Kaitlyn Rinn (Erie/Villa Maria) each scored once for the blue and white.  In the game against Gannon, the offensive leaders for Behrend were Taylor, who put three into the back of the net, and Rinn who slammed home a pair of goals.

Behrend next travels to Chatham on April 12 for a club exhibition game.  The blue and white then gear up for the Western Division Championships hosted by Grove City on April 18 and 19.
