*Prescribed courses within Nursing major (minimum grade of C is required)
To be enrolled in clinical courses, nursing students must first:
- Successfully pass entrance and annual health examinations
- Show evidence of all required immunization records, boosters, and other health tests requested
- Finalize semester enrollment including tuition payments
- Obtain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification at the Basic Life Support (BLS) level
- Have an approved nursing student uniform
- Have liability insurance
- Have proof of personal health insurance
- Receive Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearance
- Complete Pennsylvania Criminal Record check
- Complete a Federal Criminal Background check through an approved fingerprinting agency
- Transportation to off-campus sites and all related expenses are the responsibility of the student.
