Ph.D., West Virginia University (2005): Teaching interests include macroeconomics, business statistics, econometrics, and business forecasting. While at West Virginia University, Dr. Nesbit received the 2004 Vickers Doctoral Student Teaching Award. Primary research interests include public economics, the economics of taxation, sports economics, and spatial econometrics. Dr. Nesbit is also a research associate for ERIE, the Economics Research Institute of Erie.
